- Knife purchases require customers to be 18 or older. Non-knife products have no age requirement.

CCC delivery warranty
CCC Knives of Texas warrants new knives to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery, unless a specific exception is disclosed in the listing.
Inspect your knife upon arrival. If you find a defect, stop using it and email cccknivestx@gmail.com with your order details and photos so CCC can review and resolve the delivery issue.
Any additional manufacturer warranty, including an applicable 970 Blade Works warranty, is provided and handled directly by that manufacturer under its own terms. Coverage must be confirmed for the specific item and purchaser; CCC does not extend or guarantee it.
Pre-owned/used knives carry no CCC warranty. Disclosed AS-IS defects are excluded from CCC delivery coverage. This is delivery coverage, not a lifetime warranty.
Safe handling
Knives are sharp tools. Inspect the knife before use, and do not use it if the blade, handle, sheath, or lock is damaged. Handle, store, and use knives responsibly. Follow the instructions for your specific knife and keep knives away from children.

Age & lawful purchase
Knife sales are for adults age 18 or older. The age check appears when you continue to checkout for a knife; non-knife products do not require it. We may ask for age verification and may decline or cancel an order if we cannot confirm eligibility or lawfully ship the item to the destination. A cancelled order will be refunded if payment was taken.
Buyers should check laws governing possession and use where they live and travel. We also review restrictions before accepting and shipping an order.
Item details
Each listing or direct quote should identify the specific knife's condition and known materials and origin. Handmade details and natural materials can vary. Ask us about any feature that matters to you before purchasing; illustrative guide and banner images do not depict current stock.

Product artwork & viewpoints
Our inventory may include religious, historical, cultural, patriotic, political, or novelty imagery and messages. These designs may reflect the expression of a manufacturer, artist, or collector. Offering an item for sale does not mean CCC Knives of Texas endorses every symbol, message, opinion, or viewpoint it displays.
We respect religious expression and the dignity of every person. CCC Knives of Texas does not condone hatred, racism, discrimination, or violence against any person or group. Product photographs and descriptions are provided so customers can make an informed choice.
These policies do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Website traffic measurement
CCC uses first-party analytics to count page views, estimated daily browsers and clicks through to Square checkout. A random browser token saved on your device resets each Central-time day. The server stores a daily hash rather than the token itself, plus the public page path, event type and relevant product stock number. Our analytics does not store names, email addresses, birth dates, IP addresses, form entries, URL query strings or referring URLs.
Reports are available only to the owner. Event records cover a rolling 90-day window; older records are removed during subsequent traffic collection. The tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where available. Blocking browser storage or analytics may reduce the accuracy of counts. Square payment records are separate.
